We travel in a small, intimate group, guided by a senior wildlife photographer who will lead you to rare encounters with tigers and other predators of the jungle.
Our carefully crafted itinerary maximizes your chances for sightings, while combining comfortable accommodations and seamless logistics – so you can fully immerse yourself in nature, photography, and unforgettable memories.
In the morning, at 8am, we will leave Delhi Airport or the airport hotel for those who arrive a day earlier and drive on the super highway towards Ranthambore Reserve. Along the way we will stop for brunch in one of the restaurants and we would be arriving to Ranthambore Regency in the early afternoon. Food will be served upon arrival. We will use the first evening for an introductory talk with Roie Galitz on wildlife photography and how to make the best of our days to come. Dinner served in the lodge.
Accommodation: Ranthambore Regency or similar
If Ranthambore Reserve holds a sense of familiarity, it is because it has been featured in numerous National Geographic documentaries. Witnessing the Bengal tiger in its natural habitat is an unforgettable experience that will stay with you forever. Depending on their location within the reserve and the permits obtained, we'll venture out to explore different areas, seeking the optimal angles and lighting for our photography sessions.
Every evening we will have the opportunity to participate in professional classes covering editing, advanced techniques, and review sessions of our work.
The coming days are entirely devoted to exploring Ranthambore Reserve. This unfenced sanctuary is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including bears, crocodiles, various bird species, elephants, monkeys, and, notably, tigers. At the break of dawn, we'll embark on safari tours to track the diverse wildlife within the reserve. Utilizing the unique morning light, we'll focus on capturing compelling photographs from intriguing angles while learning valuable photography techniques. These days offer ample opportunities for nature enthusiasts to immerse themselves in the paradise of the reserve.
Total - 12 Safari Game Drives in the most active zones and with the best safari guides and drivers. Our goal is mother tigers with cubs (we expect quite a few during our arrival)
Accommodation: Ranthambore Regency or similar.
After breakfast we will pack our bags and leave towards Delhi international airport. We should be arriving around 14:00 and from there you can take your flights back home. Or.... take our special extension plan, if you have the time! Read Below.
